Motivation and Accountability
Since we began meeting last month, we have discussed the importance of recovery, nutrition, strength training, and creating a training program. This week we will explore the topics of motivation and accountability.
We will do a bodyweight workout immediately afterward, so wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Also, bring suggested topics that you would like for our future meetings.
