Participation in Lapham Peak Ski Cub training group requires  a signed waiver and membership in the club.

    Yoga classes will address body areas that are primary movers in
    skiing -the areas that get sore, overused, tight and injured. 

    Wednesdays 7 pm location TBA each week, Lapham

    October 2 - December 11 (no class 10/16, 11/20, 11/27)

    Cost: Membership required

    Please bring a yoga mat, towel and strap.
