If you have had some instruction or experience with proper technique, various ski strokes (double polling, V1, V2), hill climbing and descent, body mechanics, weight transfer, etc., this group is for you. You will be working on improving timing and balance, learning new strides (step turns, V2), gaining more confidence on downhills and maximizing efficiency for longer ski outings. Skiers will be divided into small groups based on technique and ability. Once registered, watch your email for further instructions.
